1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of BrainStack, a cognitive and habit tracking application, as well as the Premium subscription.

2. User account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Any activity carried out from your account is deemed to be yours.

3. Premium subscription

The subscription is monthly, billed in advance via Stripe. It renews automatically unless cancelled from your Billing area before the end of the current period.

4. Right of withdrawal

By starting to use the service immediately after purchase, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for content already provided, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

5. Liability

BrainStack is a personal tracking tool. The insights provided do not constitute a medical diagnosis. Consult a healthcare professional for any medical question.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts after an attempt at amicable resolution.
